Ways to overcome this problem:
- Every 30 to 40 minutes, they have to change from sitting to standing, walk for a few minutes, and relax.
- Do office stretches such as neck rotation, shoulder shrugs, forearm flexes, etc.
- Upright posture with good neck and arm support in an office chair is a must.
- Monitor screen must be at eye level.
- A proper footrest will relax your leg muscles and give firm back support.
- Strengthening exercises for the neck, upper back, forearm, and arm muscles are necessary.
- Core strengthening with a proper diet protocol will help build strength in the lower back muscles.
- Every 3 hours, lying down flat will help to relieve back stiffness and energies your body.
- Drinking water and hydrating your body frequently will reduce pain and stress levels.
