Mindfulness is the mind and body based practice of bringing our attention deliberately to the present environment, without judgement or being overwhelmed or involved into it. This is a natural phenomenon present in every human being. By practising this technique which is a type of mediation and assisted specialised training techniques one can improve the state of mindfulness which in turn helps to strengthen our physical and mental ability and to combat stress, depression, anxiety, mood swings as well as psycho-somatic ailments.
