Chakras are spiritual power centers in our body. There are seven chakras which are Mooladhara, Swadhishtana, manipura, anahata, vishuddhi, anja, sahasrara.
Chakra Mindfulness is the practice of bringing the attention these spiritual power centers. By doing this the storage, balance and distribution of life forces to the physical body along the subtle body is improved.
Any single chakra or all of the chakra is blocked can cause gradual dysfunction in the chakras health. Chakra mindfulness helps to remove blockages and improve health.
